We accept cash, debit and credit cards.  We do not accept checks.

Sales tax is included in the price of your workshop/supplies and on all food & drinks.  If you choose to purchase anything in our retail store we will charge you additional sales tax at that time.  

You do not have to register and pay online but we do require payment within 72 hours of the class date/time.  Feel free to call our studio to make these arrangements (715) 889-3099

Due to the nature of our business, reservations are required for all classes and workshops.  However, we will have various open studio hours that will be available for walk in.  

If you really want to join a class and it is within 72 hours of the starting date/time, please contact our studio directly to inquire as to availability.  

Unless otherwise noted in your class description, we will provide all supplies necessary for you to create your project at our studio.

Unless otherwise noted in the class description, each class will be 2 hours in length.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class or splatter paint session. At this time we do not charge for guests who arrive late but as a courtesy to other customers and our artists, it is helpful to arrive early and be on time ready for some fun!

Wisconsin is not a BYOB state. We offer complimentary water and coffee. We also have a wide assortment of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for purchase as well as several snack options. Please be prepared to provide us with a valid ID.

All of our classes will have age guidelines posted within the class description.  Please refer to this or email us with any questions/concerns.  We kindly ask that our chairs be used for paying guests only at this time unless it is during open studio hours at which time we encourage parents to feel free to bring their child along.  We will offer art for all ages throughout the year!

Great question.  We are taking active measures to keep our studio, staff and you safe during these trying times.  We sanitize all work areas, tools, aprons and supplies between every class.  We ask that you leave garbage at your work area and we will clean it up to help minimize traffic throughout the shop.  Special requests to reserve or space tables can be sent to craftersoncentral@gmail.com.  Our studio is also available for private parties.  We hope to offer remote workshops in the near future so check back in often.  

Feel free to park on either side of the street in front of our building.  We also have several spots behind our building to include spaces near our local community center.

2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change”   

3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

4) Click on the appropriated choice

When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “APPLY ACCOUNT CREDIT”.
